Products sold by RCB Official on the Decathlon marketplace are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product caused by defects in design, intended use, or manufacturing. This warranty does not apply in the following cases: Improper use of the goods Customization of products Damage caused by normal wear and tear of the product Accidental damage To claim this warranty, you must contact Decathlon customer service through a dedicated support channel. You must provide photos or videos proving the product defect and, at the partner’s discretion, include the product’s serial number. Based on RCB Official’ assessment of the product defects, the product may be repaired, exchanged, or returned.
RCB Official will refund the purchase price within 4 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when the order was placed, without exception.

Under "Order details", you can click on "Create a return/exchange ". You can then request a label/further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information to perform your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Stick the return label in a visible place on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.
