Resty provides a one-year commercial warranty from delivery, without affecting the consumer's statutory rights under Irish law. To make a warranty claim, contact Decathlon customer service and provide the invoice or order number, a clear description of the defect and, where possible, photos or videos. The consumer may also withdraw from the online purchase within Decathlon's 30-day return period through My Orders.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, or receive evidence that they were sent back if earlier, the refund is processed within a maximum of 4 calendar days. Refunds are made free of charge to the original payment method. Additional costs resulting from a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard option are not refunded.

Register the return within 30 days of delivery through your Decathlon account under My Orders. Return shipping is free. Use the prepaid return label included in the parcel; if no label is present, create or request one through your Decathlon account. Pack the product securely and return it complete with all supplied parts and accessories, using the original packaging where possible. The product may only be handled and inspected as it would be in a shop; unnecessary loss of value may be deducted. For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may cease once the seal has been broken, where permitted by law.
