Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes indicated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU and Irish consumer law. The warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing defects and lack of conformity of the product with the contract, provided that the product has been used in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions supplied with the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, mechanical damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, lack of proper maintenance, or damage caused by external factors. To make a warranty claim, the customer should contact the Seller via the Decathlon platform or by email at info@ridethewater.eu and provide the platform order number. The Seller may ask for additional information, such as a description of the defect, photos or video showing the issue, or a photo of the product label, if this is necessary to assess the claim. In case of non-conformity, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, price reduction or termination of the contract where applicable. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
Any complaints regarding the product should be submitted via Decathlon Marketplace or by email to sklep@power-cube.pl. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than within 4 days from the date the Seller is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. Return shipping is free of charge. Returns and exchanges are not possible in Decathlon physical stores. To initiate a return, the customer must contact the Seller via the Decathlon Marketplace. If a return label is included in the package, the customer should use this label to send the product back. The label should be attached to the outside of the parcel in a clearly visible place. The parcel should then be delivered to a drop-off point of the carrier indicated on the return label. If no return label is included in the package, the customer should contact the Seller via Decathlon Marketplace to receive return instructions and, where applicable, a return label. The product should be securely packed, preferably in its original packaging, and include the order number or proof of purchase.
