Orders are shipped from Poland to Ireland using transport companies such as UPS, DPD, DHL, GLS or other equivalent carriers, depending on current logistics availability. The average delivery time is 5 working days from the dispatch of the order. For bulky products, products prepared to order or during periods of high order volume, preparation and delivery times may be longer. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive tracking information.
For products purchased on Decathlon.ie and sold by RINAGYM POLAND SP. Z O.O., a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and defects resulting from normal use of the product in accordance with the assembly, use and maintenance instructions. Depending on the nature of the defect and the seller’s assessment, the product may be repaired, replaced, partially refunded or fully refunded. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper use, use contrary to the instructions, overloading, product modification, outdoor use, incorrect storage, moisture, mechanical damage after delivery or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact the seller through the Decathlon platform and provide the order number, a description of the problem, photos or videos of the defect and any other information required to assess the claim. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is returned complete, properly packed and in suitable condition.

Returned products that meet the return conditions will be refunded within a maximum of 4 calendar days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product by the seller. The refund will be made only using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of the order, through the Decathlon platform. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided valid proof of return shipment, depending on the situation. The seller will process the refund within 4 working days of receiving the returned item. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete or without sufficient protection during transport, the refund may be withheld until the condition of the product has been assessed.
Return shipping costs are free of charge.
The customer may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order by the transport company. The product must be returned complete, with all parts, accessories, mounting elements, documentation and instructions included in the original order. The product must be packed securely, preferably in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging that provides sufficient protection during transport. Returns must be initiated through the customer account on Decathlon.ie. The customer should log in to the account, go to “My orders”, select the relevant order and create a return request. If a return label or additional instructions are required, the seller will provide them through the Decathlon platform within 48 working hours. After receiving the instructions, the customer must pack the product securely, attach the return label visibly to the package and hand the package over to the carrier according to the instructions provided.
