Warranty Terms & Right of Withdrawal Warranty Terms All products are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Consumers may exercise their statutory warranty rights within 24 months of receiving the product. The warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or damage occurring after delivery are not covered. In the event of a justified defect, the customer is entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase contract. Right of Withdrawal Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), receives the product. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. After receipt and approval of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within 4 days. To enable us to investigate your claim, please provide Decathlon Customer Service with all documents required to activate the warranty or any warranty extension (purchase invoice, photographs, audio recordings, etc.).

Refund Policy Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received within 4 days after receiving your withdrawal request.
