For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Under "Order details", click on "Create a return/exchange". You can then request a label or further instructions from the seller. Our customer service team will send all the information required to process the return within 48 working hours. If a return label is included: Pack the items securely in the original box. Affix the return label to a visible spot on the package. Send the package to the return address mentioned above.
