The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the order. The returned product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. The seller covers the cost of the return if the return procedure was followed according to the instructions. Refunds will be made after the goods have been received and inspected. Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable law and the terms specified by the manufacturer or seller. We make every effort to ensure that orders placed in our store meet your expectations. However, if you wish to return a purchased product, you can do so without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Your right of withdrawal expires after 30 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please ensure that the item received is in good condition. The product must not show any signs of use. Please also return the item in its original packaging. If you are sending the return shipment yourself, please remember to include the paper returns form. We will cover the costs of returns processed according to the procedure below. The refund happens within 4days

Is there a return label included in your order package? Please follow the instructions on the label and return the order in its original packaging. If there is no label in the package, please log in to your Decathlon.ie customer account and go to the "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then select "Make a return." Follow the steps; this will automatically notify the seller of your return request. You will receive return instructions within 72 business hours. If you cannot find this option or require further information, you can also contact Decathlon.ie customer service. Marketplace products cannot be returned to Decathlon stores or warehouses. If you specify a particular collection date, please allow approximately 48 business hours for the carrier to arrange the pickup. All information and confirmations regarding the return process will be sent to you via email. Once you receive confirmation of the collection date, please pack the parcel securely and wait for the carrier to arrive. After the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your account.
