All products purchased from SUPfix Germany GmbH through Decathlon Marketplace are covered by statutory rights in respect of defects. Consumers may withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days without giving a reason. This period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise this right, consumers must communicate their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement. In particular, they may use the contact and return options provided by Decathlon Marketplace. Statutory rights in respect of defects are unaffected by the right of withdrawal or any additional guarantees. Products purchased on Decathlon.ie are covered by a 12-month warranty, provided by the seller, from the day the customer takes possession of them. The warranty is valid if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. For this to be investigated, please provide the Decathlon customer service team with the documents required to activate the warranty or any warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.). This seller warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Following a valid withdrawal, payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, are refunded in accordance with statutory provisions. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method or Decathlon’s payment process. Consumers are not charged additional fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are processed within 4 calendar days after the returned parcel reaches the seller, using the original payment method without additional charges. Any earlier deadline required by law remains applicable.
Return shipping costs are free of charge.
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Unopened, unused products in their original condition can be returned. For all other returns, please contact customer service; your statutory rights remain unaffected. If your return is bulky or heavy, please contact customer service for instructions before sending it. Our standard return method is drop-off at a DHL or partner parcel shop specified on the prepaid return label. If a return label is included, follow its instructions and securely pack the order in its original packaging inside a shipping carton. If no label is included, access Decathlon.ie > customer account > “My Purchases”. Select the order and “Start Return”. You will receive return instructions within 2 working days. If the label does not arrive in that time, contact Decathlon.ie customer service. Returns are free using the prepaid label. Return address: Supfix Germany GmbH, Am Buchhorst 40, Tor 147, 14478 Potsdam, Germany. Marketplace products cannot be returned to Decathlon shops or warehouses. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 4 calendar days after the returned parcel reaches the seller, subject to any earlier deadline required by law. Additional 30-day returns – condition of goods The additional return right beyond statutory withdrawal requires complete, unused and undamaged goods. Unpacking, inspecting and checking the goods as you could in a shop are permitted. Actual use on a SUP on the water, even for testing, constitutes use; the goods are then no longer unused. These condition requirements do not restrict statutory withdrawal rights, rights for faulty goods or mandatory, more favourable Decathlon terms. For statutory withdrawal, compensation may be required for an actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, provided the legal requirements, including proper prior information, are met. Such use does not automatically exclude statutory withdrawal.
