Products purchased on Decathlon.ie are covered by a 12-month warranty, provided by the seller, from the day the customer takes possession of them. The warranty is valid if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. If a return label is included in the package you received your order in, we invite you to follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If no label is included in the package you received your order, we invite you to go to access your account through Decathlon.ie > customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days.
