Products purchased on Decathlon benefit from a two-year warranty starting from the day the customer takes possession of them. The warranty applies provided the issue results from a manufacturing defect or a defect arising under normal use of the product. All documents required to activate the warranty, or any warranty extension, must be attached (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).

Once we have received and inspected your return, we undertake to refund you within a maximum of 4 days, using the payment method you chose at the time of purchase.
Return shipping costs are free of charge.
If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. Is there a return label in the parcel? Please follow the instructions shown on the return label and send the order back in its original packaging. If no label is included, go to your Decathlon customer account and open the "My purchases" section. Select the order you wish to return, then click "Make my return". Follow the steps: this sends an automatic notification of your return request to the seller. You will then receive the return instructions within 72 working hours. If you cannot find this option, or if you would like more information, you can also contact Decathlon customer service. Marketplace products cannot be returned to Decathlon stores or warehouses.
