For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Conditions for Returns • Product in new condition: The product must be unused and undamaged. • Registered within 30 days: Returns must be registered and shipped within the legal 30-day withdrawal period according to the provided instructions. • Complete and in original packaging: Returns must be sent complete and in the original packaging. A return shipping label will be provided free of charge to you as the customer and does not need to be paid in advance.
