Instead of extracting new resources, we recover and recycle metal waste. After sorting, cleaning, and crushing, the metal is remelted in electric furnaces — which use far less energy than traditional coal-fired blast furnaces. The result: fewer raw materials extracted, up to 40% less energy consumed, and at least 19% fewer CO2 emissions compared to virgin metal — with no compromise on performance.
