A mat designed to be long-lasting
Our design team have carried out rigorous testing to guarantee your gentle yoga mat's quality. We have put it through 3 demanding tests: resistance to abrasion, to holes, and to stains/marks. That's how we know that our mat is 30% tougher than our benchmark products. A long-lasting investment for comfortable practice.
Size and weightweight
This mat is 173 cm long, 61 cm wide and 8 mm thick. It weighs 1.85 kg.
Our product design process
From beginners to yoga instructors, every member of our team shares this same passion. Whether we do gentle yoga or have a more dynamic practice, we're all seeking balance. With our network of yogi ambassadors, we co-design products to meet your needs and mindset. We are committed to a positive and generous practice of yoga.
Considering the mat's weight
The mat's weight depends on the material. We use materials based on their properties to meet your needs during use. Some materials are heavier than others, and so the thicker the mat, the heavier it will be. Remember to consider this when choosing your mat! Our mats range from 405 g to 3.5 kg in weight.
Choosing your yoga mat
- Do you have a gentle yoga practice (hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? The effort level is moderate. A mat between 5 and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints. - Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high. You'll need maximum grip and a mat that's not too thick (5 mm max) to keep you stable.
Caring for your mat
We recommend cleaning your mat with a soft cloth and soapy water. Between more thorough washes, use our essential oils spray to refresh your mat. Leave the mat to air dry before rolling it up again.
