Always inflate to the right pressure!
We really can't stress this enough: a well-inflated ball is the key to (or at least a key part of) a great game! Inflate your ball to the correct pressure of between 0.25 and 0.3 bar.
Depending on your age, which size should you choose?
Size 00: from ages 3 and younger to 5 years,
Size 0: from ages 5 to 8,
Size 1: girls aged 8 to 14 and boys aged 8 to 12
Size 2: girls over 14 and boys aged 12 to 16
Size 3: men over 16,
Size 0: from ages 5 to 8,
