This high support sports bra is designed to give your breasts the support they need during high-impact activities such as HIIT, cardio circuits, bodyattack, horse riding and trampolining.
How does the high support adjustable bra with cups free up movement?
If you're going to enjoy your activity, whatever it may be, it's essential to feel comfortable moving around. And that means wearing the right clothing.
The elastane that we've added to this sports bra's fabric makes it stretchier. We've also given it a racer back to free up your shoulder blades. This allows the bra to follow your movements so you can move as much as you want.
How is this high support adjustable sports bra with cups breathable?
Exercise and perspiration tend to go hand in hand. But it's not very nice feeling damp and sticky every time you work out. To limit this unpleasant feeling, we've made this sports bra from a breathable fabric that wicks perspiration and dries quickly. So you can give your all while staying nice and dry.
How do the adjustment systems make the high support adjustable sports bra with cups more comfortable?
Each adjustment system on this sports bra has been designed with your comfort in mind. The hooks on the front can be used to adjust the width. As for the straps, they can raise or lower the height of the bra.
Why does this high support adjustable sports bra have cups?
This sports bra has two pre-shaped foam cups.
They aren't just there by chance. They provide additional support and keep you more comfortable by covering more of your breasts. They provide protection from impacts and, because we know you want to look great when working out, they also create a nice shape.
Why is it important to protect the breasts during exercise?
Your breasts are fragile as they're supported mainly by skin. During sports activities, they're subjected to more movement and bouncing than normal, no matter your cup size or age. Depending on the activity you're doing, they can end up supporting up to 5 times their normal weight. Wearing a sports bra provides essential support and protects your breasts from impacts, which prevents pain and premature sagging.
Why choose between high, medium and low support?
Exercise subjects your breasts to stresses and strains that stretch the skin and ligaments. Without the right level of support, the risk of pain and premature sagging is increased. Too much support can also have harmful consequences. Wearing the right level of support for your cup size and the intensity of your activity is essential for protecting your bust while preserving natural breast movement.
How are the support levels offered by Decathlon's sports bras tested?
Our laboratories conduct breast support tests that assess the reduction in the breasts' acceleration during a sports activity. Our bras are then categorised as one of these three levels: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.
How should you choose the level of support you need?
Your bra's level of support should be suitable for the activity you're doing. Our range comes in three levels:
- Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);
- Level 3: medium support for activities that lead to a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.);
- Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).
How do you know which is the right size?
If your sports bra is exactly the right fit, you can be confident that it will support your breasts and be comfortable. To choose the right size, grab a tape measure and follow these steps:
- Stand in front of a mirror;
- Hold the tape measure horizontally against your upper back, roughly level with the bottom of your shoulder blades;
- Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust;

What are the design principles behind Decathlon's sports bras?
Decathlon's bras are designed by our sports team to minimise health problems and keep you as comfortable as possible. The absence of underwiring reduces the risk of injury and of compressing the lymph nodes. By getting rid of seams over the nipples, we reduce the risk of chafing. As for the perspiration-wicking fabrics, they keep you as comfortable as possible and significantly reduce the risk of skin irritation.
How should you care for your high support adjustable sports bra with cups?
This bra is designed for intensive sports use and can be washed very frequently. We recommend washing it in our laundry bag, which is sold separately (ref. 8505236), at no more than 30°C. Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability.
We don't recommend tumble drying this sports bra.

Test product
SUPPORT: the level of support is tested and approved at the Decathlon laboratory by measuring breast movement. Each size is tested individually. PERSPIRATION WICKING: the perspiration-wicking test is performed on each material, in the lab, to make sure that the fabric absorbs moisture and wicks it from the inside to the outside so that it can evaporate. WASHING: the washing and drying tests ensure that the product retains its shape and colour.

This product has been tested at the Decathlon laboratory to check its levels of support. A panel of testers then put it through its paces during a weight-training session (standardised usage test) to make sure that it was comfortable to wear during workouts. They carried on using the product for another 6 months before giving it the final thumbs up.
