To take care of your performance and your health, we've reduced the list of ingredients as much as possible. Our protein bars contain no sweeteners, and all the ingredients on the list are essential to the recipe. Nothing extra.

WHAT TO EAT DURING A WORKOUT OR AT SNACK TIME

"Our protein bars are not intended to be consumed during your workout. For extra energy, we recommend date, fruit, or almond pastes, energy gels or hydrogels, designed to provide quick carbohydrates during exercise.



Our protein bars are not snacks. For a light snack, instead choose an oilseed bar, cereal bar, our small protein cubes, a piece of fruit, some white cheese, some seeds or dried fruits, etc.
