One chocolate bar contains 10 g of protein. Proteins help in maintaining muscle mass. The quantity of protein in our bar is not enough for athletic recovery, but it's a great helping hand for your daily needs.
WHEN TO EAT OUR PROTEIN BARS?
After a low- to moderate-intensity workout, no matter your favourite sport: hiking, biking, jogging, power walking, swimming, etc. Or as a snack, during a well-earned break in the midst of a jam-packed day.

DRYING IN A TUMBLE DRYER POSSIBLE. NORMAL TEMPERATURE, MAXIMUM EXHAUST AIR TEMPERATURE OF THE DRUM 80°C.
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE OF 30°C. VERY MODERATE TREATMENT.
IRON AT A MAXIMUM SOLEPLATE TEMPERATURE OF 150°C.
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE 70°C. NORMAL TREATMENT.
IRONING AT A MAXIMUM IRON SOLEPLATE TEMPERATURE OF 200°C.
