Tips on how to care for your sports clothing
1.After your match, wash your dirty clothing right away or, if you can't, let it air dry.
2. If you machine wash your clothing, wash at 30°C or less and turn everything inside out to make it last longer.
3. If you prefer to wash your clothing by hand, add half a cap of mild detergent to two litres of warm water (do not use fabric softener). Rub the items gently and line dry if possible.
