Why wear this knee support?

Wearing this strong 100 knee support may be recommended if you have an unstable kneecap, runner's knee or patellar tendinitis, to help you get back into sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo). It is easy to put on and adjust, with a shape designed to fit your knee and keep you comfy.

What is runner's knee?

The joint between the kneecap and the femur is unstable and can slip out of place or even fully dislocate, causing frequent knee and kneecap pain. Runner's knee is the main reason that sporty teenagers have to see a doctor about knee pain.

Which size of knee support do you need?

Measure around your leg, 8 cm above your kneecap. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:

Size 1: 36 - 39 cm

Size 2: 39 - 43 cm

Size 3: 43 - 47 cm

Size 4: 47 - 51 cm
