What muscles or body zones can you self-massage with the cushion?

- Neck, while lying down.

- Thighs and calves, on your sofa, bed, or on the floor, in a lying position with your upper body raised and supported by your hands.

- Feet, while sitting.

Plug in the massage cushion.Switch it on and put it on the zone you want to massage.

Our recommendation: 5 minutes of massage per zone in warming mode to enhance the efficiency.



To adjust the massage depth, lean on the cushion using your body, applying more or less weight onto it..Pick one of the 3 speeds according to your sensitivity to massage.The different rotation directions are intended for different muscle groups: down-to-up for your legs and there-and-back for your back.
