How to measure the Whey Protein
We recommend the equivalent of 3 heaping tablespoons to reach the recommended serving size of 35 g.
If you have previously used Decathlon whey, whey isolate, whey native, lean whey or vegan whey, you can use the measuring scoop that came with these products. The equivalent is 3 level spoonfuls of whey.

How to prepare WHEY PROTEIN
Mix 150 ml of water with 35 g (or 3 heaped tablespoons) of whey protein in a shaker with a sieve.
You can increase or decrease the quantity of water as needed.
Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
