    Our date pastes are good for your health and for your performance. Date is a fruit that is naturally rich in carbohydrates. It is very easily digested. It is therefore perfect for endurance sports and intense workouts.

    A LESS SUGARY TASTE WITH NO COMPROMISE ON PERFORMANCE

    "By adding a touch of salt and a mix of seeds, we are offering a new sort of pleasure and flavour while you exercise. We listened to your feedback in developing this new recipe and increased the saltiness of our date paste. The salt will also combat losses of minerals through sweat.

    Our energy bars are savoury, but always full of carbohydrates to give you the energy you need to push your boundaries.
