The Nanoflare 800 Tour from Yonex is designed to maximise the speed of drives
The worthy successor to the Nanoflare 800, inheriting its handling and repulsion, the new 800 Tour model has further honed its technologies to be faster than your opponents and create more opportunities to score. Its SONIC FLARE SYSTEM has been improved to maximise the speed and aggressiveness of drive shots and boost the acceleration of the shuttlecock with its instant repulsion. This racket excels at fast rallies and is designed for advanced defensive singles or doubles players.
Weight: 83 g (4U)
The lightweight Nanoflare 800 Tour is intended for advanced players wanting speed, handling and control with an explosive swing.
Flexibility: Stiff
The stiff shaft provides both precise shots and better repulsion of the shuttlecock.
Balance: Head light.
Slightly head light to create a responsive racket that's easy to swing and suited to doubles or defensive games.
Frame
Made from resilient NANOCELL NEO graphite for increased power, the frame of the Nanoflare 800 Tour uses an improved SONIC FLARE SYSTEM. With its COPPER inserts, it deforms upon impact with the shuttlecock to create a faster shot, while amplifying its repulsion qualities. Its ISOMETRIC shape creates a larger sweet spot. The WIDE PROFILE FRAME reduces deformation during swings for a more stable head and stronger repulsion.
Upper
The ultra-elastic, high-quality REXIS graphite shaft (HM Graphite / SUPER HMG) offers excellent playing comfort and maximum power. The supple, durable material effectively absorbs vibrations while increasing repulsion for more powerful shots. Combined with the qualities of the SUPER SLIM SHAFT, the shaft is stable and responsive, allowing you to hit shot after shot. The BUILT-IN T-JOINT reduces torsion for more control.
Grip
The ENERGY BOOST CAP PLUS improves the performance of the shaft while stabilising the racket for better control.
Length: 675 mm
adult racket with a shaft that's 10 mm longer.
Grip size:G5 = small (80-84 mm)
The thin handle offers better swing and lets you use the power of your fingers to imprint speed.
Original strings: Unstrung
This racket is sold unstrung so that players can choose to apply the string and tension of their choice.
Recommended tension: 9-12.5 kg
20-28 lbs
String pattern: 22 x 22
The string pattern is give in number of vertical strings x number of horizontal strings. In badminton, we talk about mains x crosses. A reduced string pattern will increase power and comfort but will be less long-lasting.

Mains: start from top centre and string down to B9 (skip holes A8 and A10). Go through B12 towards A15, then go back to A13, down to B10 and finish by tying off at B8.(same other side)
