A connected cross trainer to boost your workouts
Transform your workouts with our connected cross trainer! Use the app to set and track your goals, or plunge into realistic routes with Kinomap, either alone or in competition mode. Share your progress on Strava, Fitbit or Garmin. Also enjoy the 4 tracking functions to fuel your workouts: Time, distance, speed and calories burnt. Tablet and phone holder. Battery-powered console. The tablet is not included.
Bluetooth connectivity, FTMS and Heart Rate Monitor profiles
Some watches use a so-called closed protocol and cannot connect to our cardio equipment if they are not compatible with FTMS profiles; this information should be checked in the manufacturer's instructions.
Cross training for a whole-body workout
Cross trainers ensure a balanced, full-body workout. They engage the upper and lower body for maximum efficiency. With reduced impact on the joints, they are perfect for everyone, including in rehabilitation. They boost cardiovascular endurance and promote weight loss. They also improve coordination and balance because of the need to synchronise the movements of the arms and legs.
Smooth pedalling
Discover a smooth workout that meets your needs with our cross trainer. It is fitted with a double belt drive (instead of a single belt, like most models). This has enabled us to use less material for the flywheel, while also guaranteeing smooth, silent pedalling. Thanks to this belt drive, we have a 1.5 kg flywheel which reproduces the smooth motion of an equivalent 4 kg flywheel.
Manual resistance to customise your workouts
The manual resistance allows you to instantly adjust the intensity for a customised workout. This cross trainer has 10 resistance levels and a maximum level of around 250 Watts at 60 rpm.
Why use a 33 cm stride length?
After numerous tests, we concluded that a 33 cm stride provides the perfect balance between efficacy and smoothness/pedalling comfort, all while remaining compact enough to use at home. This stride length also fully engages the muscles of the lower and upper limbs, the torso, the back, and the core. A 33 cm stride also allows you to vary your exercises, from intensive intervals to gentler, more prolonged workouts.
