Design details

Why use a percussion massage tool?
How does a percussion massage work? Simply put, it's like a hammer massage, also known as "tapping", but without any effort required. The device does the 'hammering', not you! Repeated tapping on your muscles loosen them up. Result: A deep self-massage to better relax your muscles after exercising.Bonus point: An ultra-quiet electronic product due to the brushless motor.
But why a mini version?
To enjoy the benefits of percussion massage after your workout, with a device that easily fits into a small sports bag.Or in a travel bag ;-) What's the difference? The size and weight (435g), for a more convenient format, as well as the power of the engine, slightly less than the larger model.Although massage is less intense and not as deep (10mm stroke), the mini percussion massager still proves effective for sports recovery.
What muscles should you massage with a percussion massage device?
All of them! From head to toe, almost without any contraindications. In practice, it's absolutely doable and even easy thanks to the ergonomic grip of the massage device. And the 3 percussion intensities to choose from according to your sensitivity and muscle width. Our recommendation: A one-minute self-massage per muscle group after exercising, for an active and speedy recovery.
How to use this percussion massage device
Quite simply, on a muscle that's relaxed rather than contracted.Choose the area to massage and the right attachment, then press down with the gun.The device does the brunt of the work, but feel free to put in some effort to adjust the intensity.Allow us to explain:the more you press on the gun, the faster and more powerful the percussion. As far as instructions go, just one button to switch it on/off and set the 3 intensities. It couldn't be any easier ;-)
Why does the percussion massage tool come with 4 attachments?
The massage device is equipped with 4 easily interchangeable attachments, to meet your every sports need. The round attachment and the flat one can be used on all areas of the body. The round, soft ball is particularly suited to big muscles. The double-ended attachment is perfect for self-massaging between two muscles, without touching the bones. An extra little bonus:An attachment for trigger points, those small tension points located on the muscles.
What are the usage warnings and contraindications?
Read the instructions carefully before use. This device must only be used in a domestic/private context. It should not be used without medical advice if you wear a pacemaker or if you have any health problems. It should not be used by children, or on animals.
