Design details

Transform your office into a gym
When designing the Domyos Active Desk, we researched what makes it possible to work and cycle at the same time. By pedalling 1h/day (4x15, 3x20 or 2x30 min), you'll meet WHO recommendations and achieve the equivalent of walking 4,000 steps. Proven efficiency: we measured users' heart rate and breathing to determine the equivalence in Kcal/h between pedalling on the Domyos Active Desk and walking.
Cycle and stay focused, it's easy
Who ever said you can't do two things at once! Our studies have proven quite the opposite. 100% of people who participated in our test self-reported that they were able to work while pedalling, even without losing their focus. They explained that after 15 minutes, pedalling became natural and they could concentrate on such tasks as: reading, writing, talking on the phone and even video conferencing!
Track your workouts
As small as it is, this office cross trainer has a 5-function console for tracking: - duration - pace - revolutions - calories burned - distance
A flywheel that offers comfortable, silent pedalling
This mini cross trainer's flywheel not only offers fluid, jolt-free pedalling, but it's also silent so that you, and your co-workers, can stay focused. Decathlon changes the game with its foot-adjustable resistance - adjust the resistance to meet your needs and goals just by using your foot.
Training cardio and muscles
This low-impact exercise improves your cardio and trains your legs. The Domyos Active Desk is designed for numerous resistance levels. Lower levels let you train at the same time you work. Higher levels raise your heart rate and burn your thigh muscles.
Using the office mini cross trainer
For the best training experience, we recommend: - using the mini cross trainer while doing small tasks at first (email, reading, etc.), then trying out more complex tasks as you feel more comfortable. - sit on a stable chair with your back straight. If your chair has wheels, use the special wheel blocks included in the pack - move the Active Desk away from your chair if your knees touch the desk.
Active Desk Uses
The Active Desk is designed for commercial or professional use, like in offices or schools. You can also use it while lounging on the couch reading a book. Designed to be used 10/hours per week.
Mini cross trainer dimensions
58 cm (L) x 52 cm (W) x 24 cm (H)
Mini cross trainer power
This mini cross trainer runs on two LR6 batteries.
