This is because the included push up supports are adjustable and can therefore be placed in different positions. Each position targets one of the main muscle groups of your upper body. The colors indicate which muscle group you target. The four main muscle groups are: Chest, back, triceps and shoulders. With each exercise, you also train your abdominal muscles every time.
