Each capsule contains 666.7 mg of Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, standardised to 30% 5-hydroxytryptophan and providing 200 mg of 5-HTP. The plant-based formula combines the seed extract with a vegan HPMC capsule shell and contains no gelatin.
Take one capsule daily with sufficient water. One container holds 120 capsules and provides a four-month supply at the recommended intake.
