Thanks to its clever design, you can replace an entire range of separate dumbbells with just one compact set. Adjust the weight effortlessly from 4 kg to 20 kg in 2 kg increments, without the hassle of loose plates.
Strong iron for serious performance Pure iron – no plastic or concrete. As a result, this dumbbell is narrower and more robust than many other adjustable models. The robust materials ensure you can work out safely and stably for long periods. The knurled handle offers extra grip and feels solid during heavy lifts. The dumbbell withstands intense use: you can drop it on the floor without worry after tough sets.
Safety and convenience prioritised The innovative weight adjustment system is quick and secure: just loosen it by 2 cm, add or remove plates, and tighten it again. The weight plates lock seamlessly in place, eliminating any rattling or shifting. The flat weight screw lets you comfortably rest the dumbbell on your thigh during exercises.
