How to mould your mouthguard
Tip: with a smaller jaw, especially for young users, the back may be too long. You can then carefully trim a small piece off the back.
Care
Rinse the mouthguard with cold or lukewarm water after use, let it dry well and keep it in the case. Check it regularly for damage, small cracks or wear and replace it if it is damaged.
Please note: intended only as protection during sport. Do not use it as a night-time bite splint or to chew or suck on for long periods.
