Club players in particular quickly realize how important a reliable skate is for everyday use on the ice. A sturdy construction supports quick changes of direction and helps build pressure during acceleration, while the padding makes even longer sessions more comfortable. The wide W-fit is particularly beneficial when narrow-cut skates feel too tight in the forefoot, compromising control or comfort.
When it comes to ice hockey skates, it’s worth taking a close look at length and width to ensure that support and room in the skate are well-balanced.
