Altra Timp 5 is a high-cushion trail running shoe engineered for smooth transitions between road and trail. The Vibram MegaGrip rubber outsole delivers reliable traction on varied surfaces, while the upgraded EGO Max midsole provides responsive cushioning for comfort and agility on long runs. The FootShape toe box allows toes to splay naturally for improved stability and propulsion on uneven terrain. A multi-directional mesh upper offers breathable, supportive coverage, paired with an updated lacing system and padded heel, tongue and ankle collar for a secure, comfortable fit. Inner Flex grid-like grooves enhance flexibility and protection, and a comfort-cushioned insole adds extra underfoot comfort. Heel loop enables easy on/off wear.
