Amino Charge from Scitec Nutrition is an amino acid complex containing no fewer than 15 ingredients forenergy and concentration!Amino Charge contains a total of 15.7g of amino acids, including the 8 essential amino acids, which are the amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own and which must be supplied by diet or supplements. These 8 amino acids are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine (also known as branched-chain amino acids or BCAAs), Phenylalanine, Methionine, Tryptophan, Lysine and Threonine.BCAAs are among the most represented in this formula. In fact, they represent over 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. The formula also contains L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in the blood, and L-Arginine.During intensive training, muscle proteins are consumed by the muscles. The body therefore needs to be recharged to prevent muscle tissue degradation.
