Are you looking for an exercise ball that not only takes your workout to the next level, but is also versatile enough for yoga, stretching, and even sitting comfortably at your desk? The Tunturi Anti Burst Exercise Ball is designed for optimal support with a load-bearing weight of up to 220 kg, ensuring durability and stability during every movement.
The benefits of the Anti Burst Exercise Ball ✓ Encourages healthy sitting and body posture ✓ Strengthens and relaxes muscles and joints ✓ Improves balance, coordination and strength ✓ Helps relieve back and neck pain ✓ Optimal support during rehabilitation, pregnancy and as workplace seat
Stimulates a healthy sitting and body posture Besides strengthening and keeping your muscles supple, the exercise ball also helps improve a healthy sitting posture. By regularly sitting on the ball, the muscles in your back and abdomen are stimulated, contributing to better posture.
Optimal support during sport, rehabilitation or pregnancy Whether you train, work out, rehabilitate, or are pregnant, the anti burst fitness ball offers suitable support for everyone with a load capacity of no less than 220 kg. It is a handy accessory for various exercises and everyday situations, from balance exercises to active sitting or rehabilitation.
The perfect balance between optimal stability and grip Enjoy the perfect balance between stability and flexibility, while the anti burst feature provides you with a safe and reliable training partner. The anti-slip finish ensures a firm grip, allowing you to execute any movement with confidence.
Easy to use and maintain An exercise ball should not only be effective, but also easy to use. This is why the exercise ball comes with a pump, fork and two valves. These make it easy to inflate and deflate the ball, which is convenient when you store it or take it with you. In addition, the ball is made of high-quality anti burst material, which not only feels comfortable but is also extra sturdy and easy to clean.

Get started quickly with your exercise ball Step 1: Let the ball rest at room temperature for 2 hours. This will make it easier to inflate the ball.
Step 2: Inflate the ball to maximum capacity. The ball may be smaller than the specified size; this is normal as the material will stretch. Let the ball rest for 24 hours with the provided plug inserted.
Step 3: After 24 hours, inflate the ball further until it reaches the right size.
Step 4: Sit on the ball with your knees slightly bent (about 90 degrees) and your feet flat on the floor. Are you sinking in too far? Add air to the ball. Does the ball bounce too much? Drain air from the ball until your sitting position is comfortable and stable.
Step 5: After fully inflating, push the plug back into the hole and the ball is ready to use.
