Get started quickly with your exercise ball Step 1: Let the ball rest at room temperature for 2 hours for easier inflation.
Step 2: Inflate to 80%. Let it rest 24 hours with the plug inserted.
Step 3: Fully inflate and measure the diameter to match indicated size.
Step 4: Sit with knees bent at 90° and feet flat. Add or drain air until your position is comfortable and stable.
Step 5: After inflating, push the plug into the hole—the ball is ready to use.
