Training with water The Tunturi Aquabag is the ultimate tool for training with instability. Water has a certain slowness of movement, which makes a workout with an aquabag more intense than a relatively stable sandbag. You can influence the degree of instability. The less water you put in the bag, the easier the water can move and the more difficult the workout becomes. That's ideal for adjusting the intensity of the exercise, allowing you to achieve many different workout goals.
Benefits ✓ Water instability ensures that every workout is different ✓ Improves core muscles and stability ✓ Four handles for a range of exercises ✓ Easy to carry ✓ Made of sturdy and durable material ✓ Easy to fill and empty via the closing cap with safety cord
Forgotten muscles While working out with the aquabag, the body must work hard to move or control the unstable water. This allows you to train the large muscle groups and the muscles that are often forgotten. The unstable water demands a perfect focus and correction of the body. The water in the aquabag can easily be replenished with air for the bag's firmness using the included air pump. You can do various exercises with it, such as lifting, swinging and punching. The weight can be adjusted up to twenty kilos according to your preference.
