The Ascent Universal crampon is assembled from high-strength abrasion-resistant steel, ensuring longevity and robustness on technical terrains. The components are designed to withstand wear and moisture while maintaining excellent structural rigidity.
Equipped with 10 aggressive points and dynamic anti-balling plates, this model offers excellent grip on ice and hard snow while limiting snow accumulation between points to maintain performance and safety.
The adjustable double-row bar allows for precise and quick length adjustment, covering a wide range of sizes. The linking parts are compatible with automatic, semi-automatic, and universal soles, and the front strap is adjustable in two positions.
The universal attachment combines Dyneema® straps and a leash for a secure fit adaptable to most mountaineering and hiking shoes. Optional accessories allow conversion to automatic or semi-automatic attachments.
With a compact structure and contained weight, this crampon is optimized for mountaineering where bulk and weight are critical. It easily fits into its transport case and takes up little space in the backpack.
