SAFETY ON STEEP TRAILS Steep climbs, high-speed racing attacks, all-day adventures: down-country is action-packed, and so are the demands on equipment. The down-country principle is: climb fast, descend fast and repeat. Moventor 2.0 MIPS is almost perfectly suited to the demands of mountain bikers. The mountain bike helmet is light, well ventilated and has a deeper fit that offers better protection for the back of the head. When the track is oriented downwards, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets ensure good ventilation. In addition to the multitude of well-thought-out features for off-road use, the MIPS model features impact protection. This is designed to protect the brain, especially if the rider's head hits the ground at an angle during a fall. This exposes the brain to strong rotational movements that can lead to serious brain damage. With the MIPS system, a mobile, low-friction plastic shell is integrated into the helmet to reduce rotation and better protect the head. Technical specifications: Multi-Shell In-Mold for a durable bond between the outer shell and the shock-absorbing helmet material (EPS) Zoom Ace MTB: Height adjustment system to suit head size Ponytail compatibility : Helmet well suited to ponytail enthusiasts Non-slip, laterally adjustable TriVider strap system Molded lower shell for enhanced durability QUIN-ready - easy upgrade with the separately available QUIN chip for fall detection MIPS: Impact protection that protects the brain, especially when the cyclist's head hits the ground at an angle during a fall. GoggFit: device for attaching protective eyewear when not needed during a race Ventilation: excellent ventilation thanks to 10 air inlets and 9 air outlets
