Compression Boots 2.0Relief for Your Legs—Anytime, Anywhere Enjoy soothing relaxation at the touch of a button: the COMPRESSION BOOTS 2.0 stimulate blood circulation, relieve tired legs, and support your recovery. Just slip them on, relax, and recharge—whether at home after a workout, at the office, or on the go.How Compression Supports Your RecoveryThe COMPRESSION BOOTS 2.0 use dynamic compression to provide targeted relief for tired legs after exercise.May reduce muscle soreness | Promotes recovery after a workout and may help relieve heavy legs and muscle soreness.Promotes blood circulation | Dynamic compression can stimulate blood flow in your legs and help your legs feel lighter.Promotes muscle recovery | Helps your body return to a state of rest more quickly after exercise.Mode 1 - RecoveryProgressive compression from the foot to the thigh. The blue program is the standard recovery program. The chambers fill with air one after another, from the bottom up. Only when the top chamber is full do the BOOTS deflate again. This program is particularly effective at promoting the elimination of accumulated fluids and lactate.Recommended duration: 30 to 60 minutesMode 2 - ActivationDynamic pulsed compression. In Green Mode, the lowest chamber fills in four pulses, then the air is held. The process then continues with the second, third, and fourth chambers. As soon as the fourth chamber is filled, the first chamber deflates and the fifth chamber fills. All chambers then deflate. This program is particularly effective for stimulating blood circulation. You can use this massage mode both before and after a workout.Recommended duration: 15 to 60 minutesMode 3 - Combined ModeAlternating between several compression sequences. In yellow mode, the first three chambers fill successively. Next, the first chamber empties and the fourth fills. Then, the second chamber empties and the fifth fills, before the third empties. All chambers then empty. The first and second chambers then fill simultaneously, followed by the third and fourth, before the fifth fills. Once the drainage cycle is complete, the program restarts from the beginning. This program combines the features of the "green" and "blue" modes into one. This makes it a versatile program.Recommended duration: 30 to 60 minutesTechnical SpecificationsNominal voltage: 7.4 V DC Energy (work): 14.8 Wh per battery Battery capacity: 2000 mAh Battery life: up to 3.5 hours Charging time: approx. 3 hours Charging port: USB-C Direct charging: Yes Power adapter included: Yes Protection rating: IP-20Package contents2x COMPRESSION BOOTS 2.0 with Infinity batteries (up to 3.5 hours of battery life)1x travel bag1x dual-port USB-C charging cable with power adapter1x manualCare InstructionsDo not use water to clean the device; use only a damp cloth.Do not use cleaning products or corrosive solvents.Textile parts are not machine washable.COMPRESSION BOOTS 2.0 Size GuideThe size guide below will help you find the right size for the COMPRESSION BOOTS 2.0 based on your measurements.
