The plates are shock-resistant and very easy to pick up from the floor thanks to the 4 raised grips on both sides. They feature a clear weight indication in kilograms. These colorful, rubber weight plates are suitable for 50 mm Olympic barbells. Note: the weight plates are sold individually!
