Can be used in gym or endurance sports such as running, cycling, triathlon, swimming, etc. We took the practice test with 2 sportsmen. We prepare 3 spoons (inside), according to the manufacturer's indications, for an Extreme dosage, mixed with 300ml of water. The first impression was the easy dissolution of the product as well as the great taste. After 20 minutes, Beta-Alanina started acting with the traditional itch, but the athletes were already on the treadmill doing the warm-up, followed by some joint mobility exercises. The sensations during training were of a strong muscle pump, with muscles wanting to come out as a result of nitric oxide, as BoogieMan has 5 grams of citrulline malate and 3 grams of AAKG in each dose. It was also impressive the excellent stimulation. Both athletes took the opportunity to do other exercises while resting between sets. There has always been a huge desire to train.
