Camping chairs are everywhere – but finding one that folds down really small, is quick and simple to set up, and at the same time extremely light and easy to carry is not so easy. Now the search is over: the Skandika Compact camping chair is exactly what its name promises – compact, and a whole lot more! The clever bungee cord system in the high-quality aluminium frame keeps all parts together exactly where they belong. Nothing gets lost and set-up is extremely quick and super easy – no tools needed. Just stretch the fabric seat over the frame and the Compact is ready to use.
Versatile use This comfortable chair folds down to a very small size and weighs just 1.4 kg. It’s perfect to take absolutely anywhere – camping, picnics or festivals. It also looks great in the garden or out on the balcony at home. A brilliant little all-rounder!
No loose parts The smart bungee-connected aluminium frame keeps every section together, right where it should be. Nothing goes missing and set-up is extremely quick and simple – completely without tools. Just pull the fabric over the frame and the Compact is ready for action.
Seat with “Cool-Mesh” Compact also scores with padding at the top of the backrest and “Cool-Mesh” inserts in the fabric that keep the air flowing and provide welcome freshness, even on warm days. Both the cover and the frame are wonderfully easy to care for – just wipe briefly with a damp cloth and you’re done.
Protection against sinking Each of the four plastic feet is fitted with a stabilising disc to help prevent the chair from sinking into sand or other soft ground – especially practical for family picnics in the dunes or chilled evenings on often muddy festival fields.
Practical storage At the front edge of the seat there’s a two-part organiser pocket, partly made from mesh, that keeps your phone, drink bottle and sun cream close to hand. If you don’t need it, it can be folded up invisibly under the seat and secured with Velcro. It doesn’t get more practical than that.
Thoughtful details The robust carry bag with zip, handle and hanging loop not only makes transport easy, it also keeps the chair dust-free in storage. Reinforced corners on the fabric and end caps on the frame tubes help prevent damage to the cover during assembly.
