The Lifemaxx Crossmaxx Mini Resistance Band is a short version of the Lifemaxx Crossmaxx Resistance Band. With the Lifemaxx Crossmaxx Mini Resistance Band, it is no longer necessary to double wrap or knot the resistance bands around the bar to get the correct tension on the band pegs during lifting.
Besides being used on the band pegs of the LMX1744 Crossmaxx Lifting platform, they are also ideal for, among others, deadlifts with resistance.
The Lifemaxx Crossmaxx Mini Resistance Bands are not only ideal for lifting with resistance but also perfect for countless other exercises! Think, for example, of: bench pressing, Hip Thrust exercises, stretching, agility, and many other exercises.
