Different modes and resistance With 30 resistance levels and a weight range of 1-30 kg per side or up to 60 kg combined, the DSG100i perfectly adapts to your workout intensity. This makes the device suitable for a wide range of exercises, from heavy strength training to light rehabilitation exercises, all on one device. Thanks to the four training modes, you can customize each exercise for more variety and effectiveness:
• Standard mode: Constant resistance for traditional strength training. • Eccentric mode: Increases resistance during the returning movement. • Chain mode: Progressive resistance for controlled strength building. • Speed mode: The faster you pull, the more resistance, ideal for explosive strength.
Innovative and user-friendly The LED console gives you insight into the resistance and mode the smart home gym is set to. These modes are also clearly announced by the voice function. With its compact size of 75 x 35 x 5.5 cm, the DSG100i offers enough surface area for all your exercises while remaining space-saving and easy to place. The durable aluminum frame makes the device strong and stable, suitable for users up to 150 kg.
Expandable with the Flow Fitness Perform Bench The Flow Fitness DSG100i can also be combined with the Flow Fitness Perform Bench, giving you extra stability during exercises such as bench presses and seated bicep curls. The bench is adjustable, allowing you to perform not only flat exercises but also incline exercises. The backrest can be adjusted up to 90° and the seat up to 20°. This offers even more versatility so you can effectively train all your muscles without sacrificing space. Because of the fitness bench frame, the home gym remains stable on the floor during exercises.
Innodigym app: Your personal trainer The Flow Fitness Perform DSG100i becomes even more powerful when combined with the Innodigym app, which you can use free of charge and which gives you full control over your workout. Everything is accessible from one app: whether you want to track your progress, adjust resistance, or use special training modes such as eccentric overload, the Innodigym app ensures that every movement you make is precisely calculated for maximum efficiency. Progress can be synchronized with Apple HealthKit, so you can easily collect all your health and fitness data in one place. With the Innodigym app you can also follow personalized and optimized training schedules specifically tailored to your body and goals, allowing you to train every muscle group and step by step achieve your fitness goals.
Extensive training with wall mounting The Flow Fitness DSG100i - Smart Home Gym offers the possibility to be easily mounted on the wall with the included mounting parts. This makes hanging and removing the device particularly easy; you can quickly and effortlessly connect and disconnect it whenever you want. Mounting the DSG100i on the wall gives you access to a broader range of exercises that are not possible when the device is on the floor. Think of movements such as fly’s and seated rows, which provide intensive training for your chest and back muscles. Hanging on the wall offers extra stability, allowing you to perform advanced exercises more effectively and safely, significantly increasing the versatility and effectiveness of your home workout.
