Benefits of a Smart Home Gym The Flow Fitness DSG200i offers various advantages compared to traditional strength devices. This compact, space-saving machine fits easily into any home and allows a wide variety of exercises such as squats, bench presses, and bicep curls. With the different training modes, you can fully customize your workout to your personal goals without needing multiple devices. The DSG200i offers a flexible training experience that surpasses the limited movements of conventional stations, allowing you to train effectively and variably with a single device. The smooth and controlled resistance provides a comfortable and fluid training experience.
Different modes and resistance The DSG200i offers 45 resistance levels with a total tension of 1-45 kg per side or 90 kg combined. This allows you to fully adjust the intensity of your workouts to your goals and needs. The four smart training modes make it possible to apply different types of resistance, tailored to your specific training requirements:
• Standard mode: Provides constant resistance, ideal for traditional strength training and muscle building. • Eccentric mode: Increases resistance during the return movement, stimulating your muscles more for maximum results. • Spring mode: Progressive resistance where intensity increases as you pull further, perfect for controlled and progressive strength building. • Speed mode: Increases resistance based on the speed of your movement, ideal for explosive power and speed development.
Innovative and user-friendly design The LED console of the DSG200i offers a clear overview of your resistance level and training mode, so you can easily track your progress. Additionally, the home gym features a built-in Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to play your favorite music for extra motivation during your workouts. With dimensions of only 85 x 45 x 6.5 cm, the DSG200i is compact enough to easily fit in any home without sacrificing the space needed for your exercises. The robust aluminum frame is designed for maximum stability and durability, accommodating users up to 150 kg.
Innodigym app: Your personal trainer The Flow Fitness Perform DSG200i becomes even more powerful when combined with the Innodigym app, which you can use free of charge and that gives you full control over your workout. Everything is accessible from one app: whether you want to track your progress, adjust your resistance, or use special training modes like eccentric mode, the Innodigym app ensures that every movement you make is precisely calculated for maximum efficiency. Progress can be synchronized with Apple HealthKit, allowing you to easily collect all your health and fitness data in one place. With the Innodigym app you can also follow personalized and optimized training programs specifically tailored to your body and goals, so you can train every muscle group and steadily reach your fitness objectives.
Expandable with the Flow Fitness Perform Bench The Flow Fitness DSG200i can also be combined with the Flow Fitness Perform Bench, providing extra stability during exercises such as bench presses and seated bicep curls. The bench is adjustable, allowing you to perform not only flat exercises but also incline exercises. The backrest can be adjusted up to 90°, and the seat can be adjusted up to 20°. This offers even more versatility, allowing you to train all muscles effectively without sacrificing space. The fitness bench frame keeps the home gym stable on the floor during exercises.
