To obtain delicious, very fluffy pancakes with a pleasant banana taste and crunchy chocolate chips, follow the advice of the EAFIT Protein Chef:
Mix 2 level scoops of powder with 100 ml of cold or room temperature water Scoop a generous tablespoon of the batter and pour into a non-stick pan or a simple frying pan Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side over medium heat Remember to reseal the sachet well after opening and store it away from heat and humidity
