Folate by Solgar is a dietary supplement containing folic acid.
INGREDIENTS:
Folate (as folic acid); fillers: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable stearic acids, silicon dioxide; capsule shell: plant cellulose. Ingredients 1/2 tablet RWS Folate(as folic acid) 400 mcg 200% RWS - Daily Reference Intake
HOW TO USE:
Half (1/2) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use by pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medications only after consulting a doctor or specialist.
STORAGE:
Keep out of the reach of small children. Store away from light at temperatures below 30 °C.
