Design and materials The VOLT WIND harness is made of polyamide and polyester with aluminum and steel components to ensure resistance, durability, and lightweight suitable for working at height. The selected materials limit wear while maintaining a reliable structure for professional use.
Buckles and ergonomics Equipped with FAST LT PLUS and FAST LT automatic buckles, the model allows for quick and safe donning without lifting the feet, reducing setup time. The wide semi-rigid waist and thigh straps provide stable support and prolonged comfort during static or dynamic work phases.
Attachment points and compatibility The harness has 5 attachment points, including a ventral LADDER CLIMB point specifically designed to connect a fall arrest trolley and facilitate progression on ladders and vertical climbs. It meets the requirements for fall protection equipment.
Protections and wear resistance Integrated protections at the waist and dorsal point limit abrasion and wear during frequent passages in the wind turbine, extending the harness's lifespan and maintaining the safety of anchor points.
Compliance and professional use Compliant with EN361 (fall harness), EN358 (work positioning), and EN813 (thigh belts) standards, the VOLT WIND harness meets regulatory requirements for working at height and tasks in masts and wind turbines.
