The FINIS Glide Snorkel is a centre-mounted training snorkel that promotes correct body alignment and a horizontal swim position for steady, efficient laps. Its hydrodynamic tube is formed to fit around the head, reducing drag and supporting a full range of motion, while the medical-grade silicone mouthpiece offers a comfortable, secure fit. An adjustable head bracket provides quick, universal strap adjustment, and the design stays in place for all four strokes, including flip and tumble turns. Developed at the FINIS Stroke Lab in California to help swimmers focus on technique and boost aerobic capacity.
