The FINIS Glide Snorkel is a centre-mounted training snorkel that helps swimmers maintain a horizontal body position and focus on alignment, balance and stroke technique. It is suitable for novice swimmers learning fundamentals and for advanced athletes refining their skills.
Key features include a centre mount design for comfortable, balanced breathing; a hydrodynamic tube shaped around the head to reduce drag; and a medical-grade silicone mouthpiece for comfort. The adjustable head bracket offers quick strap adjustment and a universal fit, and the snorkel stays in place for all four strokes, including flip/tumble turns. Training with the Glide Snorkel can help increase aerobic capacity (VO2 max). Developed at the FINIS Stroke Lab in California.
